Get an online sexual health check-up

Sexual Health London is a new online sexual health service for people who want a straightforward and convenient test for sexually transmitted infections without needing to visit a clinic.

Just register for Sexual Health London and complete the online consultation. If the service is right for you, a free kit will be posted out so you can collect your samples and return them to the lab for testing – you will receive the test results within a few days. Alternatively you can pick up a self-testing kit at the sexual health clinic.

ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR RESULTS!

The practice would like to promote the use of online access for appointments, prescriptions and results. Please come to the reception team with photo ID to register for a user name and password, and details of the website to use. Thank you.

Hospital Referrals

stethescope_on_calendarOur NHS referrals are now made using the Choose & Book system where available.  If you need to see a specialist for further treatment you will be offered from a choice of at least four local hospitals or clinics.  A leaflet entitled ‘Choosing your Hospital’ is available in our waiting room at www.nhs.uk which provides information on local services.  Choose & Book also enables you to book your chosen appointment date & time using a specialist electronic booking service either online via the internet or by telephone.  More information is available from www.chooseandbook.nhs.uk
