The ICB has a new plan for changes to primary care in North West London. It is proposing to engage with patients at various levels and to send out a survey in the coming weeks via Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Vijay Tailor will discuss this plan and the patient survey that will inform its implementation. Below are the questions that will be on the patient survey. (This is likely an excerpt, not the whole survey.)
In our discussion on Wednesday we can focus on the role of PCNs, how they expect to reach all patients with the survey, and how they will implement changes to Primary Care and GP Practices. This includes access to appointments and patient triage.
We look forward to as many of you attending as possible. We can provide important feedback in two directions as PPG members: to the patients and to the doctors and staff at our practices as well as to the Integrated Care Board.
