As soon as you are aware that you are pregnant, please book a telephone consultation with your GP and complete a self referral to the NHS antenatal team of your choice. Our local NHS antenatal team is based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital with the midwives offering appointments in the ground floor of the surgery building.
