At risk of diabetes reviews are provided yearly by our Health Care Assistant and include blood tests and blood pressure checks as well as an opportunity for referral to the NHS diabetes prevention programme for specialist support in preventing diabetes.
Cervical cytology: age 25-64, please book when invited to on receipt of your invite letter. If you are unsure if your test is due, please check with our team.
The doctors and nurses also offer advice by appointment regarding diet, exercise, stress, alcohol, and other risk factors to your health.
